Extended Hours

Hilberry Theatre The box office is open 2 hours prior to matinee and evening performances. The box office opens one hour prior to 10 a.m. school matinee performances.
Bonstelle Theatre The box office at the Bonstelle Theatre is open one hour prior to performances. Advance tickets can be purchased for the Bonstelle Theatre in person at the box office in the Hilberry Theatre, by phone, or online.
Studio Theatre The box is open one hour prior to performances upstairs in the Hilberry Theatre, by phone, or online.
Allesee Dance Theatre The box office at the Allesee Dance Theatre is open one hour prior to performances. Advance tickets can be purchased in person at the box office in the Hilberry Theatre, by phone, or online.

Ticket Policies

  • Ticket Fees: For purchases made online, additional ticket and order fees may apply. Ticket prices are subject to change.
  • Refunds: There are no refunds on tickets. All sales are final.
  • Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for a nominal per ticket fee.  Subscribers enjoy free exchanges.  To exchange your tickets, please call the Box Office at (313)577-2972 at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled performance date.
  • Child age recommendations: Parents should use their own discretion when purchasing tickets for children. All children must have a ticket, and children under 5 are not permitted in the theatre.
  • Late seating: We do not guarantee late seating after a performance begins. Late seating may or may not be permitted at the discretion of the House Manager at an appropriate break in the action. You may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals and take your original seats at intermission.
  • Changes and cancellations: Performance names, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation.
  • Photos, Audio, & Video: The taking of pictures or recording of audio or video during a performance is strictly prohibited.
